Enhance announces executive leadership changes

Calgary, Alberta – February 28, 2024

Effective March 1, 2024, Enhance President and CEO Kevin Jabusch will transition to the position of Executive Chairman and Chris Kupchenko will assume the role of President and COO. Chris is a Professional Engineer who joined Enhance in 2019, over which time he has been responsible for Corporate Development and positioning Enhance at the forefront of CCUS in Canada. Going forward, Chris will head Enhance’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT), to which he has been a key contributor over the last 5 years.

As part of these executive changes, Candice Paton , Enhance’s Vice President Corporate Affairs, will be taking on additional responsibilities including carbon marketing and corporate strategic planning. This adds to Candice’s expanding areas of authority over her 3 years with Enhance as she has become a recognized industry leader in CCUS and a key contributor and member of the ELT.

In addition, Brendan McGowan , an 8 year veteran at Enhance, will be promoted to Vice President Reservoir and Development recognizing his significant contributions to the ELT and his assumption of full responsibility for Enhance’s reservoir development strategy.

The executive team also includes Dave Eggen who will continue to be a key contributor in the role of CFO and Vice President Finance.
